How is rent collected?With HELM, you can collect rent in a few steps: Sign-up for HELM Add your preferred banking institution Add your property with specific details (i.e. amount of rent due, due date, late fees, etc.) Send your tenant a property code to pair with the specific property Have your tenant add their preferred banking institution When rent is due, the tenant will initiate the rent payment via the website/app via ACH Fund will be received in 4-7 business days from the tenant initiating the rent payment! You will receive the rent amount in FULL. There are no additional fees or cost associated with collecting rent with HELM.
